During Your Stay
We are a family hotel and do not allow parties or loud noise after 23:00.
Please be considerate of other guests in the building.
Note: The person who made the booking is responsible for the apartment during the stay, including any accompanying guests.
For your safety, we have surveillance cameras on each stairway floor.

Building Access Codes
Main Entrance: Press the bell symbol, followed by 9852.
Back Entrance: 9852
Garbage Room: 9852 (located to the left at the back of the building).

Laundry
Each apartment has its own washing machine.
For special requests to use the shared laundry room, please contact us at: hello@liveandstay.se.

Parking
Parking spaces are available at the back of the building and must be booked in advance.
Spaces 1-3: Regular parking.
Spaces 4-7: Electric vehicle charging (via the Waybler app).
You can easily book parking via the welcome display at the entrance.

TV
One-Bedroom Apartments: Smart TV with streaming apps installed.
Two-Bedroom Apartments: Smart TV with streaming apps and digital channels via Comhem.

Important Information at Check-Out
Check-out is no later than 11:00.
Cleaning is included, but guests are responsible for disposing of their garbage in the garbage room at the back of the building.
Please consider the environment and sort your waste according to the instructions in the garbage room.
