Booking Terms and Conditions
BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
A booking is binding once it has been confirmed and you have received a booking number. To book a room at Live & Stay you must be at least 25 years old. If you book a room for a minor, you are responsible regardless of whether you are staying in the room with the minor or not. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if valid photo identification cannot be presented upon request.
In the event of a breach of law or reasonable suspicion of a breach of law at the time of the guest’s stay, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
PARKING
Parking is only allowed if you have made a reservation and had it confirmed by Live & Stay staff and also paid the fee of SEK 250 per day. The parking spaces belonging to Live & Stay are number 7 and 8. If you park in any other place, you risk a parking fine. Please note that there is a parking ban along Ekmansgatan on Tuesdays 9-12 even weeks.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in can take place at 15:00 on the day of arrival, this is when the codes for the locks start working. Check-out time is 11:00 on the day of departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy is full refund if the cancellation is made at least 5 days before arrival at 15:00. If you have not cancelled by this time, you will be charged the price of the entire stay.
LIVE & STAY’S OBLIGATIONS AND YOUR REQUESTS
If Live & Stay is unable to offer you an apartment as agreed, you have the right to obtain an equivalent or better apartment at Live & Stay or at another apartment hotel/hotel of as similar standard as possible at no extra cost.
Please inform Live & Stay by email: info@liveandstay-dev.hemsida.eu of the number of people who will be staying in the apartment and your preferences when you make your booking so that the apartment can be prepared for your stay.
Live & Stay has non-smoking and pet-free apartments. If a guest violates the ban, Live & Stay is entitled to claim compensation for the costs incurred for the decontamination and for the additional costs that may be incurred in the form of lost rental income in case the apartment cannot be rented out until the decontamination is completed.
PAYMENT
Live & Stay accepts the most common credit and debit cards. Payment is made at the time of booking. Companies booking long-term accommodation may choose to be invoiced.
YOUR SAFETY
Each floor is equipped with fire extinguishers and each apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Live & Stay processes personal data provided by the guest who uses our services and products. Live & Stay is the data controller with regard to the personal data related to your booking. We will not disclose your personal data to third parties unless you have consented to this, or if applicable law, including the Personal Data Act and GDPR, government regulations or a court allows or requires us to do so.
